Refund Policy

Because OptoSom Academy programs are limited-enrollment, cohort-based educational programs, seats are reserved once enrollment is confirmed.

Refund and deferral requests must be submitted in writing to hello@optosom.com.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in a signed enrollment agreement:

A full refund is available within 7 days of enrollment, provided the participant has not accessed substantial course materials or attended live program sessions.

After this 7-day period, tuition is nonrefundable due to the allocation of cohort seats, faculty access, administrative resources, and program materials.

Participants who are unable to attend may request one deferral to a future cohort, subject to availability and approval by OptoSom, Inc.

Application fees, deposits, payment-processing fees, or administrative fees are refundable only if expressly stated at the time of payment.

Payment-plan obligations remain subject to the applicable enrollment agreement, payment agreement, or disclosed payment terms.

Failure to attend, failure to complete assignments, loss of professional license, employment changes, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with personal outcomes does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.

OptoSom, Inc. reserves the right to remove a participant from the program for misconduct, violation of program policies, unauthorized recording or distribution of materials, harassment, misuse of confidential information, or conduct inconsistent with the educational purpose of the program. Refund eligibility in such circumstances will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any signed enrollment agreement.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
